How many cups of tea can I drink a day?
For most of our medicinal blends, we recommend 24 oz a day for full support.
For simple daily maintenance, 8 oz a day is perfect.
Remember — herbs are powerful, and consistency is key.
Can I drink multiple teas in one day?
Absolutely. But remember: herbs are medicine. Less is more.
Choose 1–2 blends that match what your body needs that day instead of overloading.
How do I brew your Wellness Coffees?
All of our wellness coffees are finely ground, so brew them just like your regular coffee:

Do you use organic herbs and teas?
Yes!
While we are not certified organic (yet!), all of our trusted herb suppliers are certified organic, and we only source the highest-quality ingredients.
Do any of your teas come in tea bags?
NOPE.
Tea bags often contain microplastics, glues, and bleaches that can leach into your cup — and your body.
We keep it clean, pure, and intentional with loose-leaf only.
Can I make iced tea or sun tea with your blends?
Of course!
For iced tea: brew it hot first and pour over ice.
For sun tea: place your tea in a jar and steep in direct sunlight for a few hours.
Both methods are delicious.
How do I make the perfect cup of Loose Leaf Tea?
Here’s your fool-proof method:
Measure 1–2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8 oz of water.
Heat water according to your blend (boiling for herbals, slightly below boiling for green/white).
Steep:
Herbal teas: 5–10 minutes
Green tea: 2–3 minutes
Black tea: 3–5 minutes
Strain using your favorite infuser.
Sip + enjoy the ritual.
For stronger tea, increase the steep time, not the amount of herbs.
